At Hellvellyn, we strive to deliver high-quality travel products that meet your expectations. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, but only under the following conditions:
- The item delivered does not match your order
- The item is damaged upon delivery
- The item has a manufacturing defect
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for reasons outside of the above criteria.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Go to our Contact Us page.
- Provide your order number and a brief description explaining why you’re requesting a return.
- Please include clear evidence (photos or video) of the issue, especially in case of damage or defect.
We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing the product. This serves as proof of condition at delivery and helps us process your return request more smoothly. Return requests without an unboxing video may not be approved in the case of damage or defect claims.
Refund & Deductions
If your return request is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above criteria or if the product shows signs of misuse.
